We are rarely shaped by titles. We are shaped by the friction, the quiet resilience, and the lived experiences that teach us how to stand steady when the ground gives way.
When people look at leadership, they often look for clean corporate lines and polished boardrooms. My path has certainly crossed those worlds, spanning nearly two decades of leading complex change across Asia, Australia, and Europe, alongside academic study & research on Leadership at the University of Oxford.
Yet my true education happened long before lecture halls or corporate towers.
Growing up, life was defined by the raw, unfiltered rhythms of survival in poverty—helping my family with being a vegetable street seller and navigating the heavily uncertain and violent environments.
Those early years stripped away any illusion that life can be managed by a neat script or a set of rules. They taught me a deeper lesson: real strength is not inherited; it is cultivated through good and bad times. It teaches you how to look people in the eye, how to endure pressure without breaking, and how to find dignity in the hardest circumstances.
That foundational journey eventually carried me across continents, shaping how I relate to people from every walk of life. During years spent living in Australia, I ran a local yoga center, taught meditation, and spent time as a swim teacher—learning firsthand that human beings, much like water, cannot be forced. They can only be met with patience, presence, and respect.
Over the past fifteen years, my path has naturally woven together seemingly disparate worlds:
As an Agile & Change Leader : Navigating the chaotic, political, and human realities of multinational corporate systems across the globe.
As an Inner Sciences Practitioner : Immersing myself as an Authentic & Ancient Yoga Practitioner, Acupressurist, and Level 2 clinical hypnotherapist—learning how the nervous system, breath, and subconscious mind actually drive behavior. .
As an Artist : Exploring the human condition through theatre, staging classical philosophies and modern narratives to help people confront their own subconscious barriers.
As an Scholar : Continuing research at Oxford on how institutions and individuals navigate deep transformation.
None of these threads were planned as a grand career strategy. They were simply born from a deep curiosity about what makes human beings tick, struggle, and ultimately find their center.
True leadership is not a title you hold or a corporate role you play. It is the unforced state of a sovereign mind.
At Leadership Mantra, our vision is to move beyond surface-level productivity and career hacks. We exist to help individuals uncover their hidden subconscious currents, integrate the timeless wisdom of ancient traditions with modern self-awareness, and awaken their inner leadership core.
Whether you are a student navigating high-stakes pressure, a professional steering complex systems, or an individual seeking clarity in daily life, true leadership means leading from within—bringing calm presence, absolute integrity, and conscious choice to your work, your family, and your world.
